BULK BEEF SALES
Fill your freezer with a quarter, half, or whole beef. Buying directly from ranches like RLC is the most economical way to purchase your beef as it allows you to purchase a variety of beef cuts at one low price per pound.

Our cattle average 1500lbs when taken in for processing.

You will receive an average of 110-150lbs. 55 to 100lbs of that is ground beef; the remainder is steak and roasts.
​
You will need 5-7 cubic feet of freezer space.
Half

Our cattle average 1500lbs when taken in for processing.
​
You will receive an average of 220-300lbs. 110 to 200lbs of that is ground beef; the remainder is steak and roasts.

You will need 8-12 cubic feet of freezer space.
Whole

price includes processing
Our cattle average 1500lbs when taken in for processing.
​
You will receive an average of 550-600lbs. 275 to 400lbs of that is ground beef; the remainder is steak and roasts.

You will need 16-21 cubic feet of freezer space.
ALA CARTE BEEF SALES
If you’re interested in a smaller meat purchase, we keep a selection of individual cuts available at Binford Grocery & Hardware in Binford, ND, as well as directly from our farm.
When purchasing from the farm, prices are $7/lb for hamburger, $15/lb for steak, and $8/lb for roast.​​
